[CASHeW-s-editor-patches] Miscellaneous Fixes

I'm committing the attached patch to fix a problem with
the RDF Graph class (pointed out by findbugs), and to
add both Xian and Ravish to our authors file, as well
as give them an Eclipse GNU coding style to work with.
