After Update from SuseLinux 6.4 to 7.1 su brings password error but password is right |

Hi
Updated from SuSe-Linux 6.4 to 7.1 and if i´m loggin on with ssh for example
and want to make an su it brings always this "invalid password". lokal logon as
root with the same password is possible. can you help? Looked through many
forums but just find people with the same problem but no answers.
