We do not have any NT machines here.  I'm not sure if the version of
RCS we have here will compile without modification on NT.

We do have a ZIP file of a version of RCS that purports to work on
MicroSoft-based OSes.  Perhaps you should send your question to the
author of that port, Kai Uwe Rommel <address@hidden>.
