Do you have a small example of what you have tried, what you have
expected, and what you have observed? What is your command line (inputs,
parallel options)? You say the jobs never start, but later you say you
try to ease the load. So do the jobs actually not start or do they just
take a long time to start?
It's difficult on our side to see what the problem is -- the jobs should
start if they have input.
