issue with parallel-20101113

Hi,

I just found "parallel" and started to experiment with it.
However, the latest version on http://ftp.gnu.org/gnu/parallel/,
parallel-20101113.tar.bz2, seems to be broken. On my SuSE10.0
system it only returns:

"GetOptionsFromArray" is not exported by the Getopt::Long module
Can't continue after import errors at /usr/local/bin/parallel line 2422
BEGIN failed--compilation aborted at /usr/local/bin/parallel line 2422.

I'm new to perl so I'm clueless about the reasons.
Version parallel-20100922 seems to work fine.

Result of "/usr/bin/perl -v" on my machine:
This is perl, v5.8.7 built for i586-linux-thread-multi
(with 1 registered patch, see perl -V for more detail)
