Attn Dear,
I am ROBINSON NZANGA, cousin to the president of the democratic republic of
Congo, formerly known as Zaire. Due to the raging war in my country, the late
president Laurent kabila was using myself by diplomatic means to send money out
of the country with the fear that he might be overthrown at any time. As he
feared, he was assassinated on the 16th January, 2001 by one of his bodyguards.
I carried money out successfully for the late president on two occasions, I had
arrived South Africa when I got the news of the death of the president. So, I
decided to divert this delivery which amounted to US$24M (TWENTY FOUR MILLION
DOLLARS) to my own use. I am now in South Africa as an asylum seeker.
I have been thinking of what to do with this money because the South Africa
immigration laws do not allow asylum seeker and refugees to operate and run any
businesses or bank account within the republic.
I have successfully deposited this money with a security company here in south
Africa with offices in Europe. The safe box containing this money was sealed
and insured then presented as consignment of personal valuables before the
security company agreed to accept it from me for safe keeping on a monthly
storage charge.
Now I want you to help me secure the funds in your over seaÂ’s co-operate or
private account from the security company in Europe as I am ready to give you
the security pin code number without which no one can gain access to the
consignment, so that you can claim it and receive 25% for your assistance and
5% will be set aside for expense on both sides, while the remaining 70% will
be kept in trust for me and my family to be claimed when we come over to join
you.
Contact me on the above phone, and fax numbers or e-mail for further
information on the modalities to successfully complete the transaction.
Best regards,
ROBINSON NZANGA
