No sweat, as I said I managed to build a dvi from the source tarball...
I gave up on the ftp server after a dozen attempts spread over 3 or 4
days. Perhaps my timezone makes me try it at a bad (local) time for the
server or something...
If you felt like attempting to add some M5 like functionality as a cvs
m4 module while you wait, I would love to see it btw!
