[bug-libextractor] Handling MP3 files: duplicate types

I find that extract does not return the keywords of type 'year' from
ID3v2 tags present in MP3 files. It works for Ogg Vorbis and MP3 files
having ID3v1 tags, but even then the type is mentioned as 'date' and
not 'year'.

I am using version 0.5.13.
