[bug-inetutils] Complilation failure

Hello, I'm trying to package some of inetutils for Gentoo, but I am getting
some odd autotools related errors.

I've attached my configure and make log, the error is at the bottom and occurs
at the autogenerated stdio.h. The log output is from the portage build
manager but I get the same error when building manually.

If I autoreconf/autoremake I alot of errors like this: 

  lib/Makefile.am:68: GL_GENERATE_ALLOCA_H does not appear in AM_CONDITIONAL

I've been trying to fix it myself but I'd thought I'd ask you for advice.
