Is clog part of a normal/historical BSD environment? I have never heard
about it before, or I have forgotten about it. My Debian system does
not have it by default and 'apt-cache search clog' or 'apt-cache search
circular log' does not find it either. I don't have a strong opinion,
but I'd prefer if InetUtils contained "common" network tools, not just
any random tool. We have too much old code than we can handle as it is.
