This allows external programs to drop a configuration file in the
directory and avoid the need to edit the main configuraion file.
* doc/inetutils.texi: Document new -D and --rcdir syslogd
options.
--rcdir doesn't say much, a better name would be --config-directory;
or even just the first argument on the command line, this is what
inetd does.
I would be careful with adding a short option, do older versions of
syslogd implement -D and have it do something different?
Please also add an entry to the NEWS file. And in the future, please
post ChangeLog entries that are formated according to the GNU Coding
Standards (they are missing the header field).
Please name new variables using normal GNU conventions, i.e. foo_bar,
and not FooBar. While old variables might use a different convention,
we shouldn't follow their bad practise.
