Sorry can stay, I'm on rush  more comments later on how to
tackle the break on inetutils into some libs and apps.

Question:
Marcus, can we use the same approach whith ifconfig?

libifconfig.a(or something)  --> ifconfig(the program).

Or in the current state of things it is not possible nor
a good idea.
