Details:

'make dist' fails under autoconf-2.59_2 and automake-1.9.5 on FreeBSD
5.2.1-RELEASE. The reasons is that there are two dependencies in
po/Makefile.in.in that are specified as '$(PACKAGE).pot' and 'stamp-cat-id',
while the corresponding targets are specified as '$(srcdir)/$(PACKAGE).pot'
and '$(srcdir)/stamp-cat-id', respectively. This patch removes '$(srcdir)'
from these two targets.
