You are agreeing to something I never said.

"The issue is about Android" (= not about desktop)

is quite different from

"The issue is Android itself" (= a totally different
issue)

Similarly you can argue that using any FOSS and
avoiding vulnerable technology to a possible extent is
irrelevant just because there is no way to avoid
proprietary firmware or microcode, which renders
F-Droid meaningless. That may be a good way to waste
time in a different discussion but I wasn't looking
for it.
