Thanks! I wanted to get started on something but got caught up with
working on gnulib-tool.py itself. Your test suite is definitely more
organized than what I would have came up with.

Sure. Since I am almost done with gnulib-tool.py.TODO, I will probably
finish that first. This will definitely help me fix the issues that
remain afterwards though.
