Now, I have added more detailed instructions regarding QEMU-based test
environments:
- A step-by-step procedure for how to create a QEMU-based environment, with
as little trial-and-error as possible.
- 38 examples of this procedure, for platforms ranging from Linux/alpha
to NetBSD/sparc64.

Thanks to René Rebe from the T2-SDE distribution for teaching me about the
Linux kernel option 'console=ttyS0', that is sometimes essential.
