I didn't pay, unless one counts reviewing as a form of payment. Unfortunately I do not have time to review more than little dribs and drabs. The draft is getting fairly large.

Apparently not. It's not listed as obsolescent on page 3698 line 127090 of draft 3. (Did I say the draft was large? :-)
