Never mind.  The iconv executable was not available.  Restoring that brings it back to zero errors.

This is on a TinyCore linux system running GCC 12.2.0

Full configure, make, make check and test-suite.log are attached.

There is little information I can see to help trace down what might be the problem here.  Any help would be appreciated.
