This patch updates the documentation regarding two NetBSD bugs that I just filed
(see attachments).

        * doc/posix-functions/sigprocmask.texi: Mention a NetBSD 9.0 bug.
        * doc/posix-functions/pthread_sigmask.texi: Likewise.
