Thank you very much for reporting this issue. Alan also reported it just
a few minutes ago.
The problem is that GSL's `gsl_interp_steffen' function was introduced
in GSL version 2.0. So building Gnuastro with older versions of GSL will
cause this error.
You are right, interpolation was recently added to Gnuastro (after
version 0.5.132-60d5). To fix the problem, I have defined the following
bug, and I am busy fixing it now.

I'll let you know when the check is added. But until then, one solution
is to update the system's GSL (the most recent version is 2.4, link
below). Gnuastro 0.6 should build cleanly with any GSL version after 2.0.
