My build fails when I have german language settings in my shell:


LANG=de_DE.UTF-8


Then a number of tutorial pngs are not generated and "make install" fails due
to the missing png files. I noticed this during the build for debian. With


LANG=C debuild


the build process succeeds. I guess it would be nice if the tutorial
generation would also work in a shell with a different language setting.
