Unfortunately this report is not sufficient for anyone to follup up.

You pasted the dying gasp message which implies that PSPP crashed when
you tied to save, but you don't explicitly say that.  Is that in fact
what happend?

You say that you "tried to save it", but you don't say what "it" is -
perhaps you mean a modified data file, perhaps you mean a syntax file
perhaps you mean a report - or something else ....

You also don't mention which operating system you are running.
If you can give a somewhat more comprehensive report, then there is
a chance that somebody can look into the problem and possibly fix it.
