bug#69294: 29.2; Tramp: Typo in documentation string of tramp-methods

Hi folks,

There is a typo in the documentation string of tramp-methods. The
documentation says:

  * `tramp-copy-keep-date'
    This specifies whether the copying program when the preserves the
    timestamp of the original file.

I think "when the" should be deleted.
