If you really DON'T want `n'|`p' to go to
header lines then maybe set some option.

The _default_ behavior should go to any
Dired line that you can act on, which
includes header lines.

Otherwise, this is a real step backward,
not forward.  Currently `n'|`p' take you
to any line, including a header line.
