bug#64735: 29.0.92; find invocations are ~15x slower because of ignores

Right.
Then, what about limiting find to -depth 1, filtering the output, and
re-running find on matching entries?

It gets complicated though, and the extra overheads associated with
invoking a new process may not be worth it.
