bug#64655: 30.0.50; Some faces don't have customization data

From: Mauro Aranda
Subject: bug#64655: 30.0.50; Some faces don't have customization data
Date: Sat, 15 Jul 2023 19:25:47 -0300
User-agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64; rv:102.0) Gecko/20100101 Thunderbird/102.13.0

The following faces:
display-time-date-and-time
makefile-shell
nxml-delimiter
nxml-text
nxml-element-colon
org-property-value
semantic-decoration-on-includes
shr-h4
shr-h5
shr-h6

show NO CUSTOMIZATION DATA when trying to customize them with Customize

For example, after emacs -Q
(require 'nxml-mode)
M-x customize-face RET nxml-text
A customization buffer shows up, but the state is:
NO CUSTOMIZATION DATA; not intended to be customized.

(I already reported the org-property-value face to the Org developers).
I found more of this occurrences thanks to el-search.
