By that reasoning we can never remove anything from the list and will have to
accept that it will keep growing indefinitely. A tad defeatist, don't you think?
It's the other way around: if the list contains Danish, Finnish and Swedish,
why not add Norwegian? If it has a silly entry for C, why not add one for
Pascal? And so on.
The file says in the very beginning:
It is not intended to be comprehensive, but to demonstrate
some of the character sets that Emacs supports.
If you think this text is insufficient to deter ill-advised additions, we can
strengthen it.
