Yes.

My config :
(setq mml-smime-use 'epg)
(setq mm-decrypt-option 'always)
(setq mm-verify-option 'always)
(setq gnus-buttonized-mime-types '("multipart/encrypted" "multipart/signed"))
Then use gpgsm to import your certificate (delivered by a certificate
authority).
