Yes, Message should fold all headers automatically. I've now made this
change on the Emacs trunk -- there may be some negative fall-out from
this from MTAs that do not understand folded headers, but I haven't seen
any of those in the wild for a couple of decades, so I guess we'll find
out whether they still exist.
