Subject: [PATCH] Downcase charset

RFC 2046 specifies that the charset parameter is case-insensitive.

* lisp/gnus/gnus-icalendar.el (gnus-icalendar-with-decoded-handle):
Downcase charset.  Suggested by Christophe TROESTLER
<Christophe.TROESTLER@umons.ac.be>.  (Bug#35265).
