Hi Alan, this error is an OS error. I don’t understand what that
spindump is supposed to be telling me.
This thread has some information about how to work out where the
problem lies, but ultimately seems a bit useless:

I’m not sure what else to suggest. I guess you could try reporting it
to Apple?
