bug#24986: 26.0.50; dired-unmark-backward doesn't unmark the region

According with the doc string, `dired-unmark-backward' should
unmark the region when is active.

* lisp/dired.el (dired-unmark-backward): Call 'dired-unmark' with
a non-nil second argument.
