bug#14069: 24.2; "Wrong type argument: arrayp, nil" in ERC tab completion for nicks

Is this still a problem in Emacs 25.1?  If so, can you load an
uncompiled erc-pcomplete.el file to get a fuller backtrace?  It's not
immediately obvious what array access is failing in that function.
