Probably not.  Why does that matter?

We probably can remember the date we change bug tracker, so its not rocket 
sience to keep track of what bug tracker bugs are in.

We are talking about what people should write in vc-log.  If you tell them to 
write Bug#XXXX that recommendation is generic.  What actually goes into the git 
log is another matter.
