Hello.

Just check if you have /usr/include/jconfig.h, and that it has this line:
#define JPEG_LIB_VERSION 62

If it doesn't, does it have a JPEG_LIB_VERSION line at all, and what does it
look like?

FWFW, the jconfig.h that belongs to libjpeg-turbo-devel-1.3.1-2.fc has this
line.
