bug#18194: 24.4.50; doc string of `window-valid-p'

  Return t if OBJECT is a valid window and nil otherwise.
  A valid window is either a window that displays a buffer or an internal
  window.  Deleted windows are not live.

It is not at all clear what the last sentence has to do with anything.
If it is relevant then presumably something needs to be said about the
relation between "live" and "valid".
