Hi!

Sorry, my mistake -- Normally I have Meta bound to the Cmd key, however, the default binding is Alt, so I mixed when up when testing with -Q. In other words, it appears to be working correctly!

This is very strange.  I tried `C-s ESC c' and `C-s M-c' on X and in a tty,
and they both toggle case-sensitivity.
