Width is 83 columns, so that is wrong, it should be 80 by default. Height is missing 3 rows, but I think it did that before also, i.e. tool- and menu-bar.
What give (/ (frame-text-height) (frame-char-height)) (/ (frame-text-width) (frame-char-width)) martin
