Maybe you meant eg that on this page
http://www.gnu.org/software/emacs/manual/html_node/emacs/index.html
it says it is the manual for version 24.1?
This is true. There were so few changes in the manual between 24.1 and
24.2 that we did not bother to regenerate the html version.
It will be updated when 24.3 comes out.
