bug#12661: 24.2.50; Build error with --with-w32 --enable-check-lisp-object-type

On cygwin, building bzr current emacs with

    ./autogen.sh
    ./configure --with-w32 --enable-check-lisp-object-type
    make bootstrap

reports following errors:
