Maybe you could add a sentence along those lines to the "Copyright Papers" section of "Information for GNU Maintainers". http://www.gnu.org/prep/maintain/maintain.html#Copyright-Papers It would seem to fit naturally after the current sentence: We may also need an employer's disclaimer from the person's employer.
