The diff-changed is supposed to be the default face, if the terminal
supports it (because diff-context is shadowed). We only highlight
diff-changed on terminals that don't have enough colors for the shadow
face.
I fixed up the definition so that this is clearer (and so that
high-color ttys will behave like X).
