Correction: except 1-3, not 1-5 (or is it even just 1-2?).
mouse-4 and mouse-5 on Windows are the 4th and 5th mouse buttons (crazy!, I
know), while on GNU they represent wheel actions.
But apparently there's not much that Emacs can do about this.
