Looking at e.g.,
http://lists.gnu.org/archive/html/bug-gnu-emacs/2009-05/threads.html and
messages within them, it is not clear what address to send to to append
a comment to a bug.
Also one cannot find the URLs of Emacs bugs, whereas for Debian they are
http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=12345
maybe Emacs bugs don't have a web interface like Debian.
