Hallöchen!
I use nnrss.el for reading RSS with Gnus. In the RSS XML file, it
says
<dc:date>2005-04-27T19:18:47+02:00</dc:date>
(this is my local timezone) however, in the Gnus folder, it is saved
with the following header line:
Date: Wed, 27 Apr 2005 21:18:47 +0200
I use timezone.el v1.31 and nnrss.el v1.3.
