Hi there!
Could anybody please answer me why it is necessary to strip quoted
names in rmail-reply function? It works well without this call and I
believe that a majority of modern mailers can handle names pretty
well.
I'm talking about $EMACS_HOME/lisp/mail/rmail.el file.
