emacs* (with X11) broken on Mac OsX 10.2

Has anyone been able to get any emacsen vesions (20 or 21) to compile
and run properly on Mac OsX 10.2 ??  (Things were fine in 10.1)

The only thing that runs (with X11) right now is Xemacs,
and I prefer to switching to it :-)

My time is limited right now ... however
If someone could give some pointers, I am willing to
try to do the fix.
