M-X list-color-display only shows one entry

Please describe exactly what actions triggered the bug
and the precise symptoms of the bug:

First of all, I built my Emacs from the latest CVS source.  After I
start Emacs and execute M-x list-color-display, it only shows one
entry in stead of a full list of colors.
