Randomly occurring Seg Fault (can't reproduce with identical
files/keypresses/mouseclicks). Generally occurs on mouseclicking menu
item, using command completion (SPACE) or running a function in
minibuffer.

Fatal error (11).Segmentation fault (core dumped)

emacs-version  GNU Emacs 21.1.1 (mips-sgi-irix6.5, X toolkit) of
2002-01-10

Occurs when compiled using either :
MIPSpro Compilers: Version 7.30
or
gcc version egcs-2.91.66 19990314 (egcs-1.1.2 release)

on either: 
IRIX XXXXXXX 6.5 6.5.7m 01200533 IP32
or
IRIX64 XXXXXXX 6.5 6.5.9m 07201607 IP27
