In GNU Emacs 21.1.4 (i686-pc-linux-gnu, X toolkit) of 2001-10-29 on snail
After doing a M-x customize-group <Ret> message-mail <Ret>, adding the
line "Fcc: ~/xmail/sent-new.xmail\n" to `Message Default Mail Headers'
and saving the changed option, I sent two test mails and had a look at
the newly created mail archive folder via Rmail. I then saved the folder
(C-x s) and now everytime when that mail folder is opened in Rmail with
Rmail-summary active, I get the following error when trying to send a
message via `message-mail' (C-c C-c):
Debugger entered--Lisp error: (void-variable rmail-summary-redo)
rmail-update-summary()
gnus-output-to-rmail("/home/spock/xmail/sent-new.xmail" t)
message-output("/home/spock/xmail/sent-new.xmail")
message-do-fcc()
message-send(nil)
message-send-and-exit(nil)
call-interactively(message-send-and-exit)
Bye,
David Kühling
